Electronic Arts has detailed the main additions to EA Sports FC 27, launching September 25, 2026, on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC. Ultimate editions grant access from September 18.
The Grounds is the headline addition: a social football space with kickabouts, one-on-one duels, Clubs, player progression and three districts inspired by football culture. This mode is limited to PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC and Switch 2.
Manager Career gets a rebuilt transfer market, dynamic bidding and evolving overall ratings. Player Career adds competition for a place in the starting eleven, while Ultimate Team introduces the FUT Gallery, Hall of FUT items and a campaign hub.
Gameplay changes improve off-ball runs and curved movement, redesign corners and crosses, and reduce automatic AI-controlled tackles. EA will also release the limited free-to-play FC 27 Lite on September 25.
