Grounded 2 comes to PlayStation 5 on August 11, 2026, expanding the community for Obsidian Entertainment and Eidos-Montréal's survival adventure. The PS5 version supports solo play and online co-op for up to four players.
The release arrives alongside Into the Abyss, one of the game's largest updates so far. Brookhollow Park's pond becomes explorable both above and below the surface, with new areas including the Mountains, the Bayou and the depths.
Diving suits let players stay underwater for longer, while familiar creatures such as the koi fish and diving bell spider return alongside new dangers. Toe-biter, a new amphibious Buggy, can travel across both land and water.
