Man of Honor, the expansion for Mafia: The Old Country, launches August 14, 2026, on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam. The base game is required to access the new content.
The expansion adds two new chapters to Enzo Favara's story. Set in Sicily during the winter of 1905, they follow the protagonist as he works with Ennio Salieri, the future Don of the Salieri crime family and the main antagonist of Mafia: Definitive Edition.
The new episodes introduce fresh environments, weapons, vehicles and Charms. Free Ride also expands with extreme challenges, collectibles and previously unseen locations, with Salieri acting as the contact for these activities.
LanzaBit's dedicated Man of Honor page keeps the expansion separate from the original Mafia: The Old Country release and includes its date, platforms, official trailer and high-quality artwork.
