Marvel’s Wolverine is available today, September 15, 2026, on PlayStation 5. Insomniac Games has created a narrative-driven single-player adventure with specific PS5 Pro enhancements; no version for other platforms has been announced.
The story begins three years after Logan left Team X. His pursuit of Bolivar Trask, who is kidnapping mutants, reunites him with former allies as the journey crosses Canada, Japan and Madripoor. Jean Grey, Mystique and Sabretooth appear alongside enemies including the Reavers and the Hand.
Combat revolves around Logan's adamantium claws, Rage state and progression through Techniques and Adaptations. The game does not use an open-world structure: Insomniac describes it as a linear, cinematic experience focused on story pacing and intense close-quarters battles.
