The Sinking City 2 launches August 18, 2026, on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam, the Epic Games Store and GOG. Frogwares develops and publishes this third-person survival horror sequel.
The story follows Calvin Rafferty, an occult adventurer who reaches an Arkham devastated by a supernatural flood. He must rescue Faye after a ritual traps her in a mysterious sleep while Lovecraftian creatures and possessed corpses roam the streets.
The adventure blends firearms and melee weapons with limited resources, inventory management, puzzles and exploration by foot and boat. Optional investigations never gate the main story, but they can reveal safer routes, supplies and upgrades.
